Each team member has their own experience and specialisms, but we all share a passion for providing clients with outstanding results, every time. We're also a very friendly bunch too!
Jonathan Hateley
The company co-owner, Jon manages the on-the-ground running of the business, Hands-on undertaking fine quality decorating work and leading our team of decorators. He's the point of contact for our clients, from providing quotes to keeping them updated throughout projects.
EXPERTISE
Jon is a specialist in decorative effect paint finishes, gilding, cornice restorations and historical building conservation.
When he's not working
Jon can be found spending time with his wife Aimée, daughter Keira and son Caleb. Also, a passionate golfer and gets on the course whenever he can.
Aimée Hateley
Managing Director and the company co-owner, Aimée manages the day to day running of the business. Working mostly behind the scenes Aimée is the first point of call for all on-going projects, enquiries and business management and accounting.
Expertise
With a wealth of experience managing projects from large international companies through to the local individual, Aimée ensures projects are managed professional yet sensitively.
When She’s not working
Aimée is most likely to be found dancing to Eurovision Songs with her two small children Keira and Caleb.
Greg Hateley
Greg (otherwise know as, dad) has a huge wealth of experience within the building industry dates back to 1967, including working on a range of period buildings across the country.
EXPERTIESE
Greg heads up all our on-going contract and decorative maintenance projects, drawing upon his skilled crafts perfected over many decades. He’s a highly experienced craftsman, and project manages our larger projects.
When he's not working
Fishing, collecting antiques and trips to the theatre - in particular the Everyman in Cheltenham - his wife also owns The Old Post Office in Guiting Power.
